Meet The Highland Cattle Calves, The World’s Most Cuddliest Little Cows




There is one breed of cow that defies the common perception that they are ungainly and woolly.


The long, wavy, "floofy" hair that covers the lovable Highland cattle's faces and hooves like a dog is what makes it so recognizable.


They originally hail from Scotland's Highlands and Western Isles.



Because of their fur, they can withstand more extreme weather, including rain, wind, and cold.



They have two layers of fur: an outside, oily coating that lets water run off it, and an inner, covering layer that keeps the body warm.



Since of their fur, they can forage even when there is snow on the ground because they can use their horns as a shovel to assist them dig for hidden vegetation.
