Sylvester Stallone Broke Down Following Death Of Eldest Son: 'There's No Greater Pain Than Losing A Child'

One of life's most joyful events might be the birth of a person's first child. You see yourself watching your child take their first steps and reach all of their developmental milestones.

One of Hollywood's most prominent actors and producers, Sylvester Stallone, has five children. He was able to see all of his first son's most important milestones before the boy's life was cut short. Sage, the actor's oldest son, died at the age of just 36.

After his mother dispatched a housekeeper to check on him, Sage's body was found in his Los Angeles residence. Sage's attorney, who had unsuccessfully attempted to reach him via phone, had provoked this. Sage had already passed away by the time the housekeeper arrived at the flat.

According to CNN, Stallone claimed that the anguish of losing a kid is the worst kind of pain. Sage, Stallone's first son, died in 2012, and he and his family are still having a hard time coping with the loss. The first wife of Sylvester Stallone, Sasha Czack, gave birth to Sage.

It wasn't evident how Sage had passed away for a time. The young guy may have died from drug abuse, as is frequently the case in these situations of early death, according to some conjecture. While toxicology tests were being conducted, the coroner's office was unable to reach a decision, and media speculations persisted.

Sage's attorney, George Braunstein, reportedly described Sage as a vibrant young man who was full of life and said that they had just spoken about Sage's intentions to start looking for a bride. According to Braunstein, Sage did not exhibit any symptoms of despair or money issues. After his mother's divorce, Sage's connection with his father experienced some difficulties, but soon after, the actor and Sage were able to mend their differences.

According to CNN, Stallone claimed that Sage was the center of his world and that he expected to feel the grief of this loss for the rest of his life. And he pleaded with the media to preserve his son's memory, and he was determined to put an end to the erroneous stories that were making the rounds in news reports. While he processed his son's death, Stallone postponed his public appearances and acting engagements. When the postmortem report was ultimately made public, it was discovered that Sage had passed away from a cardiac condition linked to atherosclerosis.

Everyone was shocked since this kind of cardiac problem seldom results in death at such a young age. A typical circulatory issue in elderly adults is atherosclerosis, which results in a buildup of plaque on the artery walls.

Sage was honored by Stallone at the Golden Globes after the actor won for his role in the film "Creed." He said that the tragedy had an impact on his creative process and that, as a result, he felt he had paid tribute to his son in the process. Rocky V and Daylight, two of his father's movies, both starred Sage. When Sage's career was abruptly ended due to improbable health issues, it was gaining significant pace.
